8. Your California Privacy Rights
As a California resident, the CCPA grants you the following rights regarding your personal information:
A. Right to Know & Access
You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or shared about you over the past 12 months. Specifically, you may request:
- The categories of personal information collected;

- The categories of third parties with whom we disclosed the information; and
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
B. Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. We may deny a deletion request where retention is necessary to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, comply with a legal obligation, or make other lawful internal uses compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
C. Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the information and the purposes for which it is processed.
